4 Consent

Participation. I confirm my player is medically fit to take part in a three-hour rugby league training session involving contact, running and tackling drills. I understand rugby league carries a risk of injury and that PlayIQ's coaches will take reasonable care to run a safe session. I will let PlayIQ know of any change to my player's health before the day.

Emergency care. If my player is injured and I cannot be reached, I authorise PlayIQ staff to arrange first aid and, if needed, medical treatment or transport, and I accept responsibility for any related costs.

Filming. PlayIQ records parts of every session so that each player receives their own clips. Footage of my player is delivered privately to me. PlayIQ stores footage securely and does not share it with anyone else unless I have separately consented below.

Refunds. Full refund up to seven days before the session. Inside seven days, the spot can be transferred to another player. If PlayIQ cancels the session (e.g. ground closure) I receive a full refund or a place on the backup date. Full terms: playiq.com.au/legal.
